We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pamela was very accommodating and responsive, which was greatly appreciated. The location is gorgeous, right on the river, and we spent our evenings just watching the ducks swim by and listening to the birds sing. We even got to watch a beautiful deer graze across the river one of the evenings! Very peaceful spot. The bed was very comfy and cozy and the cabin had everything you could need. Absolutely would stay again.

Incredible place to stay. Beautiful home, clean and new everything. Decks on both sides of house to enjoy your coffee outside. Many wonderful things included, like all appliances, netflix, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots and pans. Felt amazing and luxurious. Would love to come back.

This is a very nice small cabin suitable for two in an extremely scenic location. If you like to see birds, this is the place. We took advantage of the gas grill and deck area to eat and enjoy the scenery.

Nice private cabin in rural Manitoba. Was difficult to find in the dark due to road closures, I recommend arriving before sunset if you come here.

I was traveling with my son’s 80lbs lab mix (Skygge) and she gives it a rating of 4, she felt that the living area was a bit small for her size but if it had of been other then winter she would have love relaxing on the deck and looking out at the river

Pamela was an excellent host. Immaculate cabin with all of the needed supplies and then some. Nice to grill out and enjoy the fall weather on the huge deck overlooking a river in the back. Will be staying again the next time we visit SW Manitoba. 10/10 recommend.

The cabin is perfectly designed to include everything one would wish for in one compact package. It is comfortable, clean and stylish. It is in a quiet location overlooking the Birdtail River on a backroad to Birtle Park. The cabin worked really well for us as a home base for walks in the park and hikes on the Birdtail ski trails.

The cabin was a great place to stay while visiting family so we could have our own space. The bed was extremely comfy. It was nice to be able to bbq and have a camp fire at night. We will definitely stay there again.

We were heading through on our way from Vancouver Island, BC to London ON and we’re riding motorcycles. The overnight stay was perfect as we did not want to settle into a hotel with Covid still a concern. This is an excellent way to spend a night as we continued to mix up our stays with hotels, motels, hostels and now a camping experience. Thanks Pamela we enjoyed our brief stay.

I loved the view of the Birdtail river from Pam's camper. The grocery store in Birtle is a 3 minute drive away which is very convenient. Riding Mountain National Park is a one hour drive north, so perfect for day trips! The host, Pam is quick to respond via text.
